We are an integrated group of professionals with personal knowledge of bereavement, as well as the expertise to offer you timely, sensitive help. We have each wished that a similarly ethical service had been available for our families. We are:

  • Estate Clear Out Manager to sort through the household contents and oversee the process of emptying the home by selling, shipping, donating, shredding, etc.
  • Certified Personal Property Appraiser and Broker of household contents (furniture, antiques, art, etc.) who will assess the value, recommend options for sale and/or liquidation, and oversee the entire process
  • Real Estate Team of professionals offering help in selling a property or finding and financing a new home, while taking steps to you get the best price

Estate Clear Out Managers: Paper Moon Moves

Since 2009, Paper Moon Moves has been helping Trust & Estate attorneys and Estate Executors manage the contents of estates. We ship things to beneficiaries all over the world, sell anything that can be sold, and donate or discard the rest. When we’re done, the home is empty and ready to be sold or returned to the landlord. We understand the need for Estate clear-outs to be documented carefully, and can provide detailed home inventories, when required. We are proud member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers.

Certified Personal Property Appraiser and Broker: SLM Appraisals

Sheri Mason is a Generalist, Personal Property Appraiser of Fine and Decorative Arts, and a member of the Appraisers Association of America (AAA). Sheri’s knowledge and expertise stems from a lifetime of experience, with her involvement in the family antiques business starting in her teens. Most importantly, she has lived through the loss of a parent, and had to personally deal with the tasks and responsibilities that at times felt overwhelming. Sheri is USPAP Compliant through 2019, an instructor and regular lecturer for The Appraisers Association of America, and was named 2017 Best Appraiser-Household Contents by Straus Media.
